As the Managing Director of Durga Prasad School, Mr. Moganti Santosh, I believe that the purpose of education is to replace an empty mind with an open one. A school should aim to provide high-quality education that is not only relevant to children’s lives today but also prepares them for the future in an ever-changing world. Education must be practical and go beyond regular textbooks.
The true scope of education is to make children believe in themselves by creating opportunities to engage in creative and challenging tasks. We see this school as a place where children live every moment and develop the capacity to face any situation with courage and sensitivity.
A school should look after the physical, mental/intellectual, and spiritual needs of students, giving equal weightage to all three areas. I believe the principal goal of education is to create individuals capable of doing new things, not merely repeating what past generations have done. As the CEO of Durga Prasad School, Ms. Bhanu Priyanka, I believe that good education goes far beyond academics.
